Autosport International heralds the start of the 2013 motorsport season and the British Touring Car Championship will feature strongly along with the cars and stars from other motor racing series both past and present.
Current British Touring Car Champion Gordon Shedden
After the 2012 BTCC season went down to the wire at Brands Hatch in October, the excitement of the UK's premier motor racing championship will come to Autosport International this January. With their own display stand, the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship is to be a key feature at the event to be held at Birmingham's NEC. Top drivers and cars from the BTCC will appear at the show on 12-13 January 2013, joining a star-studded line-up at Europe's biggest motorsport event.
Reigning BTCC champion Gordon Shedden will be joined at the show by Honda Yuasa Racing Team team-mate and triple BTCC champion Matt Neal to meet fans, sign autographs and provide an insight into the competitive series. Former double champion Jason Plato and the 2012 Independents Trophy winner Andrew Jordan will also be on hand with further names to be announced.
